If your looking for information on fitness, health, nutrition, exercise and anything else that has to do with improving the performance of your body, then you’ve come to the right place.  I think being in better shape, or losing weight, or having more energy is something that just about everyone thinks about from time to time.  The thing is, that so few people actually do anything about it.  And what’s even funnier (sadder?) is that most of us know what the right things are to do.  Eat better, exercise more, and get get plenty of sleep is about all you need to do, to live a happier life.  The thing is, so few people actually take the steps to do anything about it.  We’re mostly all just stuck in the same old routines and bad habits that prevent us from making those changes.  It really boils down to willpower, and how much you want it.  In this blog, I hope to not only show you the things to do to improve your overall body performance, but to also try and motivate you (and me) to do more with the one and only body we’ll ever have.
