Best Diets To Lose Weight
I have been reading about the best diets to lose weight. While there are a huge number of good diets around, none of them seemed to qualify as best diets to lose weight, so I decided to make my own list of what seemed the perfect number of steps to take to lose weight. From that list I think it is pretty easy for anyone to select his own steps to achieve individual weight loss success, and therefore develop one of the best diets to lose weight as an individual.
It seemed that there is a need for some time to pass in any weight loss plan, and none of the best diets to lose weight really talked about the time needed to achieve desired weight loss. So I made up my own time, beginning with the first two weeks of my own diet plan. During those two weeks, I thought a lot about the best diets to lose weight that I had read about, and decided that I would need to be prepared to make some lifestyle changes myself, if my diet would work. During this time, I began to walk every morning for one hour, and I stopped eating after six o’clock in the evening. I also began to turn off the television after nine o’clock and going to bed not later than ten. I found it easier to get up earlier in the morning for that one hour walk, and I knew that I had begun one of the best diets to lose weight.
I planned on making the big changes start after the first two weeks and those changes would involve reducing the amount of food that I ate. I knew that it would be a difficult but necessary step in developing one of the best diets to lose weight for myself. I began by stopping eating any form of sugar laden food, and all forms of food that had large amounts of sodium. In this second stage, I changed from eating white bread to whole wheat bread. The hardest part of this phase in developing my own version of one of the best diets to lose weight was making sure that I only ate when I was hungry instead of eating because it was a habit. By turning off the television earlier than usual, I stopped late night snacking. I began to take two walks every day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
The third phase in developing one of the best diets to lose weight for myself was changing my food, adding more vegetables to my own plan. This next and last phase is still going on. I am experimenting with foods that I have never eaten before, and I am getting good at reading about calories and keeping a record of how much I eat at every meal. I have not tried to make this a new religion. I have a busy life but I knew that I needed to drop about ten percent of my weight. I knew that none of the best diets to lose weight would automatically work for me, so I made up my own.
I have become patient with myself, dedicated to getting more exercise and controlling the amount and type of food that I eat. Dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. It’s very simple and it is working, and I have learned that one of the best diets to lose weight is my own.
