How to Do Intermittent Fasting

In the previous articles I prove to you how intermittent fasting is actually good for you and allows you to lose a lot of fat at the same time. I’ve been bombarded with emails since then asking how to do intermittent fasting. There’s no one exact answer on how to do intermittent fasting actually but the short answer would be to eat only one meal, 16 hours apart with no more than 48 hours in between meals. Why 48 hours?
