Most women have dry or sensitive skin. The wrong skin care products can result in dryness and irritation of the skin and that is the last thing you want. This is where natural soap comes into play. You can use natural products and still get the same great results but without having to worry about irritating your sensitive skin.
Most standard bath soaps and body soaps, those that are more commercial and which we are more used to seeing in stores, are filled with synthetic chemicals.
When shopping for natural bath or body soap always read over the list of ingredients. This ensures you know exactly what is going into the product you will be using on your skin. You would do the same with the food you eat so why not for the products you are putting on your face or body? It only makes sense to be careful and cautious no matter who you are but especially if you have dry skin. Look for ingredients like coconut, mango, papaya, aloe vera and burdock.
All fruits and most water based products are natural and the general rule is if there are any ingredient names you find hard to pronounce, chances are they are not natural.
An even better idea is to buy the ingredients and actually make your own soaps and other products right at home. Now you can be sure of every single ingredient that is going into your products. It can save you money as well as you are not paying for all the fancy packaging and name brands. A typical soap recipe would require nothing more than some oils, beeswax, distilled water and lye along with a soap mould.
You will notice the difference in your skin almost immediately after you begin using natural bath and body soap. It is so nice to not have that tight sensation in your skin after washing your face in the morning.
