Chinese Weight loss tips

When you’re trying to lose weight there seems to be rules, rules, rules, no matter which slimming regime you choose. 

Many Chinese weight loss tips suggest that it is more about getting control of your mind and changing the way you think about your lifestyle.  Dwelling on how you became overweight and all the guilt associated with an unhealthy lifestyle is just wasting time and keeping you overweight.  Don’t try and find blame just chock it up to lesson learned and move on.  The real goal is to find ways that will move you in the direction of a healthy lifestyle moving away from fast processed foods high in fat content and low in vitamins.  A diet that involves starving yourself may yield results early on but will not likely be a long term weight loss.  In fact quick fix diets of this nature actually destroy your body slowly as you go on and off of them.

Breakfast should be your consistent meal of the day where you start off and eat a proper portion with out going overboard on calories.  A typical breakfast should be absolutely no more than 500 calories for someone who has an office job.  The best thing for someone starting out is to plan a number of different breakfasts that will give variety over the week.  This not only creates a breakfast plan but it also allows you to know what to get when you go shopping for groceries.  Your breakfast plan should have ideally seven different breakfasts and a sub list of what to buy to make each one of them.  Use your computer and a spread sheet to organize yourself.

As you plan your breakfasts you should include fruits, cereals of whole grains, low fat yogurts, coffee or tea or ideally green tea with out any sweeteners or cream.  If you need to whiten your coffee use low fat milk. As a last resort sweeten your coffee.
