Composing A Healthy Slimming Diet Plan

When you are trying to get into a good body composition, you most likely want to get it in a healthy way. Obtaining it in a healthy way usually means that you are going to keep the results without difficulties, and even though it is a lot more comfortable to look at the scale and aim for a target weight, it is a better idea to to look for the healthiest possible diet that you can get and obtain a healthy body. A healthy body is a lean one, since it a scientifically proven fact that once our bodyfat percentages get too high we start having problems with our health.

What do you want to do when you are looking for a healthy slimming diet plan? Well the most underrated thing is to start eating protein, animal protein. Let’s face the fact that humans are carnivore, and just by based on the fact the vegetarians always suffer from deficencies in zinc and in a lot of vitamins – especially all the vitamin B’s – we should be eating meat. Not just any kind of meat, but organic meat that is fed like animals are eating in the nature – grass and not grain.  You should be eating at least 0,1 pound of meat per ten pounds of bodyweight. If you weight 200 pounds then eating two pounds of meat a day should be quite optimal if you aren’t exercising too much.

Meat isn’t though the only thing that you should add to your diet, but also a large variety of green vegetables and all types of fruits to some extent are necessary for an optimal range of antioxidants and nutrients. Most people think that eating five apples a day is a good thing, but because of the amount of fructose in them, you should only consume two at maximum – and you shouldn’t eat apples every day. Instead you should rotate between as many fruits as you can think of to keep your intake of nutrients as versatile as possible. So on monday you might be eating apples, tuesday they could be pears and on wednesday you might want to gorge down a few peaches, and on thursday you could be eating a mango fruit. Come up with all the possible vegetables that you can get your hands on and eat a different one every day.
