Finding Your Ideal Weight

Everyone has an ideal weight.  This is what I call your “magic weight.”  I won’t refer you to a chart. I won’t give you a formula. I won’t give you a quick way to figure it out. You must figure it out for yourself over time.  I know this may not be what you want to hear, but it will work.  You will figure out your “magic weight” by taking the right steps to improve your health. Depending on how far you are right now from your ideal weight determines how long it will take you to know what your “magic weight” is. 

The steps:

  • Get your nutrients: micro- and macronutrients are essential to keeping your body healthy
  • Eat the correct number of calories: calories in minus calories out is proven through physics that stored energy (weight) will either increase or decrease
  • Exercise effectively: increases your health and burns calories
  • Sleep enough: improves the functions of organ system
  • Remove and keep toxins out of your body (detoxify): don’t let small things (literally) keep your body from functioning correctly

I know my “magic weight;” this works!  Taking these steps aren’t accomplished in a day; they can take months and likely more than a year.  The better and longer you follow these steps the closer you will be to knowing your “magic weight.”  You will know you are close when you feel healthy, have energy, and your weight doesn’t change for a while.
