Making Easy Weight Loss a Reality for You.

Are you looking for the toughest ways out there to lose weight?  Are you looking for a system which is going to take several hours a day just keeping track of what you’re eating and not including the two to three hours you’re going to have to expend on exercise?  It almost seems silly I would ask these questions since nobody would ever opt for that method of weight loss.  It’s frustrating and a huge burden on your time. We don’t want the toughest ways to lose weight, we want the easiest and quickest systems possible.

There are some easy weight loss tips which will help to increase your likelihood of succeeding. One of the most important things you can do is stop eating just 3 meals each day.  This typically causes you to get too hungry between meals, which in turn, makes you more likely to eat too much when you do sit down for food.  It also causes your bodies metabolism to go on a roller-coaster ride as insulin is released when you eat and then drops really low right before you eat again.  The best way to avoid this cycle is to increase your your meals to 5 or 6 per day.  That will mean you’re eating every 2 to 3 hours.  Keep in mind, this doesn’t mean you’re going to eat the same size meals as you have been on your 3 meal-a-day diet.

Another one of my favorite weight loss tips is keeping track of what you eat.  This may sound like a huge pain in the neck, but it becomes easier and easier the more you refine your eating habits.  Once you’ve monitored your eating for a least 4-6 weeks, you’ll probably find you can manage things without writing every meal down. But, initially, you’re probably going to be shocked to find out how many calories you’re eating and how many of them come from fat.  If you have an iPhone or other smartphone, there are numerous apps available which will make this a lot easier to accomplish. I use dailyburn.com as my calorie counter and it works well.
