The face rejuvenation is now increasingly demanded in face cosmetics and non-surgical treatments (fillers, lasers, Thermage, peeling etc.) have a limited effect. These techniques, in several ways, improve the skin quality but don’t lift the facial tissues that over time tend to relax.
Although current techniques are less invasive and need shorter recovery time, the “traditional” face cosmetic lifting is still a surgical intervention which needs incisions and leaves visible scars.
For those who, for various reasons, don’t want to undergo this procedure there is an alternative.
The Supersoft Lifting represents a totally different approach in comparison to the past because the incisions are a few millimeters large and between the hair, therefore the residual scars are invisible. The skin is not detached and the traction of the relaxed tissues is carried by tiny wires highly biocompatible with small hooks that are connected to the facial structures allowing it to be suspended. The wires are then attached to a sturdy fibrous band placed deeply into the scalp.
This face cosmetic technique allows you to raise all the structures of the face (eyebrows, cheekbones, cheeks, neck) with almost total absence of swelling and bruising and allowing a rapid recovery after surgery. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and lasts 30 minutes or so. The various procedures may also be performed individually or in combination in different ways to facelift surgery. For example, you might want to run a single intervention performing a traditional cosmetic surgery face lift and rising the eyebrow with a Supersoft facelift treatment. Or perform just part of the Supersoft facelift to mobilize only the cheekbones etc..
The Supersoft facelift is performed under local anesthesia in an outpatient or day hospital (you can go back home after 1-2 hours).
