How Do You Cure Sweating

Sweating is actually an essential bodily function.  It is the way that our body temperature is kept under control. In that way, normal sweating is very important to our maintaining good health.  However, if you happen to sweat too much, it is not normal.  If you are hot, perhaps you are exercising or it is an extremely hot day, you will sweat.
