Traditional and New Liposuction Techniques for Effective Fat and Cellulite Removal
All women have the same dream: to have a perfect body, especially toned buttocks and leg. Genetics, pregnancy, and the pace of our lives play against our wishes. Cellulite is our main enemy, associated with fluid retention, fat accumulation and lack of firmness. You can attack from many fronts, with the new techniques proposed by the beauty centers, such as ultrasound.
Certainly our major allies are exercise and cosmetics.
Invigorating water sports such as aerobics and walking one hour every day are essential to keep in shape, and even if you do not have time, you should try to walk to work or to the supermarket, and taking the stairs instead of taking the elevator.
For women who are particularly susceptible to the accumulation of fat, liposuction is still the best solution: even men use more frequently this technique to fight localized accumulations of fat on belly and hips. Also, new liposuction procedures have contributed to the popularity of this treatment.
What is liposuction?
Liposuction, is a technique of suction or extraction of accumulated fat in some areas of the body. Liposculpture focuses on the most superficial layer, below the dermis, and is more useful in cases of cellulite. Liposuction is practiced through the use of a thin tube and is a treatment performed by a surgeon. It is sometimes combined with lipofilling, which also affects the remodeling of the body as a result of elimination of fat made by liposuction.
Liposuction is used in cases of localized fat deposits in certain areas such as abdomen, buttocks, thighs, arms, knees, arms and face. These accumulations are extremely difficult to eliminate, also undergoing specific diets. It is not used in case of overweight or obesity, in case of serious disease or poorly elastic tissue. After a liposuction the extracted fat can not reform, although of course, without a proper diet you can gain weight
Some new liposuction techniques:
- Laserlipolysis: a new technique of laser liposuction: fat cells are first melted with a laser and then aspirated with a very thin tube.
- Ultrasonic Liposuction: Fat is liquefied by inserting probes that emit a specific frequency of ultrasound.
- Miniliposuction: it is a superficial liposuction, made immediately below the dermis. Effective in improving the appearance of cellulite. Also used for small areas like knees and ankles.
