Vertical Jump Program

So you better realize that spending a little money to jump higher is the best idea you will ever come across.  This means that you will become a better player of basketball or volleyball or any other sport that you play.  A great vertical jump program will have some things that you would never have thought of and that can be the difference between you getting some serious results and getting nothing.

Imagine jumping up to 10 inches higher, that would open new doors to you.  In order to learn how jump higher plyometric exercises are very important and that is where I come in.  I teach people how to jump higher using plyometric workouts that work and are proven to work.

One of the best vertical leap training programs is the Jump Mentor and it teaches people to keep their reps low and their sets kind of high.  This is so that you can really explode on each and every rep.  If you are getting tired and not jumping as high as you know you are capable you will not be training your height increase anymore and you will simply be training for endurance.  You do not want endurance legs!  This is good for marathon runners but you want to avoid all of those slow twitch muscle building workouts.  This means that when you feel tired you should stop and rest until you have the power to jump super high again and continue training like that.

There are so many different ways to go about jumping and many coaches will teach you all of the worst, most painful and least effective ways to go about it.  You don’t have to die of pain to get gains.  In fact if it hurts a ton, you might be doing things that are worse for you.
